Sustain have just launched a new toolkit to support the sustainability of community food projects and initiatives.
The Growing Community Food Enterprises toolkit offers information and advice on:
- Starting out and establishing need
- Food supply, products, services and operations
- Finance and communications
Case studies are also available from projects around the UK, including, a food pantry and foodbank, a cooking workshop provider and a mobile grocer.
