We have a packed Resources page on our website covering all things community growing and food! We have now migrated and updated all the information previously held on our sister site 'Incredible Edible Somerset' (which will close at the end of 2023).
We've just updated our Community Orchards page, with plenty of information on existing orchards as well as links to good start-up guides and local tree suppliers. Once established community orchards need less regular management than a community garden meaning a generous supply of food for less input.
As we head through mid winter, some of you may be considering running a community seed swap, we have plenty of advice and information available. It's a great way to bring gardeners and growers together, share advice and information and preserve local fruit and vegetable varieties.
